"Dr, Usui said that the purpose of Reiki system was to keep our bodies healthy, to help us lead peaceful and happy lives, to heal others and to improve the happiness of others and ourselves."
Whatever your modality is in life, creatively, spiritually, physically, or philosophically; Reiki has something to offer you. Reiki is a life-enhancing process; opening us up to deeper self awareness, healing and allows us to align more gracefully with our highest potential.
Not many people know that Reiki originated in Ancient Tibet and was re-realized years later during Dr. Usui's "vision quest" on a sacred mountain. He wanted to discover what the Essence of Healing was.
For me, I have come to know Reiki as inherently shamanic (*original-un-dogmatic connection to the universal energy, nature and our inherent wisdom). Reiki enhanced my ability to sense, feel, see energy, feelings and boosted my over all intuitive process. It allowed me to discover a more visceral connection with my higher self, to love, and to compassion. Reiki enhanced my Yoga and Qi Gong practice immensely and challenged me to take a deeper step into self responsibility for my over all process as a healer and as a human being.
In this level One Workshop we embark on a hands on, in-depth exploration of Reiki, your individual process, and healing.
